Welcome Vincent Falkowski: Our New Practice Leader in Wastewater Engineering

We are pleased to announce that Vincent Falkowski, P.E., PMP, CCM, has joined H2M architects + engineers as a Practice Leader in the Wastewater Engineering Discipline as well as across other disciplines as needed.

Vincent is a seasoned project and program manager with over 40 years of expertise in wastewater and water resources engineering as well as process and systems design. He has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve repeatable outcomes. Vincent has managed nearly $4 billion in public and private projects, programs, and portfolios ranging in value from $1 million to over $500 million.

At H2M, Vinny will take on the role of a Practice Leader in Water and Wastewater Engineering as well as across other disciplines as needed. Vinny will assume the role of Program Manager for the vast number of projects currently underway and soon to be added for Westchester County. Additionally, he will provide insight and depth of knowledge for potential construction management projects and opportunities. In this role, he will assist the Construction Management Discipline in expanding the service offerings and opportunities.

Prior to joining H2M, Vincent served as Deputy Commissioner of Environmental Programs at the Nassau County Department of Public Works, where he successfully coordinated and implemented the County’s sanitary collection and wastewater treatment capital plan and oversaw a range of major construction and minor rehabilitation projects.
