As H2M expands, the firm is always looking toward opportunities for the future and it is imperative to regularly assess the organizations to ensure they remain focused strategically, resourced properly, and structured appropriately.
With that in mind, H2M is proud to announce two promotions within their leadership team that will ensure the firm to continue to be well positioned for sustainable growth in the future. Saverio Belfiore, AIA and Kevin Paul, AIA, LEED AP have each been appointed to the role of Deputy Discipline Director of Architecture.
Architecture has shown significant growth over the last five years, with an increase in staff by 125%. With this evolution of growth, comes the need for advancement in leadership. Thus, Saverio and Kevin will be taking on this position to assist Ron Lanner, R.A., LEED AP on the oversight of the development and performance within the discipline.
Saverio has over 28 years of experience in the field of Architecture covering a broad range of public works projects. For the past 18 years, he has specialized in projects within the educational field at H2M. Prior to this new position, Saverio was Studio Director and Deputy Market Leader of Education managing a group of architects within the Architectural Division. Saverio will continue in his role as Deputy Market Leader of Education.
Kevin also has over 30 years of experience in Architecture. Kevin owned his own practice specializing in real estate work before joining H2M five years ago. At H2M, prior to this new role, Kevin was a Studio Director managing a group of architects within the Architectural Division providing services to the Real Estate Market. Kevin will be a primary liaison between the Architecture discipline and the Real Estate Market.
Saverio and Kevin share a history of successful projects and demonstrated an ability to manage a team strategically. These new roles will be both market and location driven allowing for Saverio and Kevin to focus on the markets and geographic areas where their expertise lies. Together, they will actively help Ron map out and execute a path to incorporate and accommodate the growth of the architecture group and align it to the overall vision of the firm.
Please join H2M in congratulating Saverio and Kevin in continued success in these new roles!
