H2M was selected by the Terwilliger & Bartone to provide multidisciplinary design services for a residential apartment complex in Farmingdale, NY. This three-story, wood framed multi-family complex comprises 28 studios apartments, 10 one-bedroom apartments, and four two-bedroom units for a total of 42 apartments with 51 on grade parking spaces on .75 acres. Residents have access to high-end amenities, including lobby and seating area, indoor fitness center, and outdoor roof deck with BBQ supplies.
