H2M was selected by the developer Harbor Construction Management to design an 89,500 square foot, LEED certified hotel on the main campus of SUNY Stony Brook University. The Stony Brook Hotel is a Hilton Garden Inn property, developed in response to the University’s need for hotel accommodations for visitors due to the University moving to a Division I athletic program. H2M worked closely with the developer and Stony Brook University to design a hotel that would fit into the campus aesthetic while also meeting the requirements of the Hilton brand.
