This project is part of the Downtown Master Plan for the Village of Hempstead. It is located one block from the LIRR Station. There are 96 affordable apartments, including supportive services for qualified residents. Grade level will contain parking, mechanical rooms and utility rooms, trash/recycling room, generator, lobby and vertical circulation elements for the upper and lower floors. The building will be a four story wood framed residential building on top of a one story concrete transfer slab and a lower level parking garage.
Supportive services and building amenities include lobby/lounge, reception, offices, community recreation room, library and fitness exercise room.
