Located in the Village of Mineola, on the corner of Willis Avenue and Third Street, this site offered a highly visible corner of an office building. The multi-tenant building has the flexibility for full floor tenants and multiple tenants per floor. The design takes advantage of its corner location by a variety of materials and colors as a contemporary expression of its Architecture.
