Project Spotlight: East End Hospice Administrative Headquarters

H2M is partnering with East End Hospice to build a new, state-of-the-art grief and bereavement therapy center and administrative headquarters in Westhampton, NY. Serving more than 2,500 people each year, including more than 700 terminally ill patients, East End Hospice has been helping Long Island for 30 years.

Currently in the fundraising phase, the new headquarters will combine the services of three satellite locations into a single, 10,000-square-foot facility devoted to grief counseling for adults and children. Flexible, multipurpose spaces will allow East End Hospice to offer additional therapeutic services. Separate from the bereavement center, this building will also have approximately 20 offices and 10 cubicles to accommodate the organization’s administrative needs. The interior design will use natural materials, embodied light, an open floor plan, and color to convey East End’s mission of healing.
