This past week our HR group held a workshop for our summer interns regarding workforce readiness. The workshop covered a variety of topics including building resumes and cover letters; ways to stand out as a good match during the job searching process; correct interview procedures; and commonly asked questions. Our Learning and Development Manager, Dan Ritchie, also spoke to the interns about public speaking in an effort to prepare them for their final intern presentations at the end of the summer. We are looking forward to seeing the interns continue to grow and learn!
