H2M’s Tzufit Boyle to Receive Engineers’ Council’s Outstanding Engineering Achievement Merit Award
Tzufit Boyle, P.E., PMP, was awarded the Outstanding Engineering Achievement Merit Award, which is handed out by the Florida Chapter of the Engineers’ Council to recognize individuals who have achieved significant accomplishments in a particular area of engineering activity within the past year.
Boyle will attend the Palm Beach County Business Development Board’s National Engineer’s Week Honors & Awards Dinner on Feb. 20 to accept her award, an accomplishment she doesn’t take for granted.
“I am honored to be recognized by my peers. I see this as a reminder that my contribution is having a meaningful effect within civil engineering and Palm Beach County,” she said.
Boyle, who serves as a Senior Discipline Engineer in the Water Resources Discipline, brings over 25 years of expertise in surface water design and operations, groundwater contamination, wastewater treatment, and solid waste design and planning. She is also dedicated to industry and community service, holding leadership roles in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Scouting America. She recently became the ASCE Region 5 Governor representing the Florida Section.
Boyle was nominated by long-time industry peer Vijay Mishra, P.E., who works with the South Florida Water Management District.
“Tzufit’s unwavering dedication, technical expertise, and leadership in civil engineering made her an obvious choice for this honor. I was absolutely thrilled to hear she was selected – there’s no one more deserving,” Mishra said.
