H2M’s Kevin Paul Named Innovator in Commercial Real Estate

New York Real Estate Journal recently honored H2M Senior Vice President and Director of Private Real Estate Kevin Paul, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, CFM, as part of the publication’s inaugural Innovators in Commercial Real Estate spotlight celebrating the most creative and impactful trailblazers of the commercial real estate industry.

Paul has over 40 years of design and construction experience with an emphasis on commercial, industrial, institutional, retail, and residential projects in the private sector. His extensive project portfolio includes work for New York City Parks, Metro North Railroad, multi-family residential developers, and the first 3D-printed home in the United States to receive a certificate of occupancy.

In the spotlight, Paul discussed his outlook for commercial real estate and reflected on the ways H2M has helped encourage and inspire him to continue innovating in the industry.

“I make an effort to implement new and exciting technologies into project work wherever possible and I hire and train people to get the most out of these technologies. This emphasis on innovation helps ensure that my Discipline can continue to provide new and existing clients alike with unique services that our competition may not have caught up to,” Paul told New York Real Estate Journal.

“We’re also privileged to have an in-house Learning + Development Academy at H2M that’s always pushing me and my team to enhance our best practices, embrace new ones, and think outside the box in everything we do.”
