Congratulations to today’s graduates of the H2M Business Practice 101 program. This program is designed to introduce participants to the tools, skills and culture of project management at H2M. This is our tribal knowledge. Today, each participant was required to teach back a segment of the program. They delivered succinct and meaningful presentations. It provides the crucial beginning phase of a journey that develops our people’s knowledge, skills, attitudes and habits.
During the twelve week program they learned:

– H2M’s accounting and financial controls
– How we develop marketing strategies and proposals
– How to manage risk management
