H2M Featured in New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Year in Review

H2M’s Assistant Vice President and Real Estate Market Director Michele Pincus, Esq., recently contributed her expertise to the New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Year in Review.

The annual spotlight showcases some of the commercial real estate industry’s most significant stories, deals, and projects while providing a platform for local business leaders to offer insight into the major trends of 2025.

Michele highlighted some of H2M’s adaptive reuse work, including the transformation of a former Sears retail space into a major healthcare facility and a former 19th-century factory into a modern, affordable grocery story. Michele also reflected on H2M’s success with transit-oriented development, particularly Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, NY, for which H2M recently received a Platinum Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York.
