About Alison Auriemmo, P.E., LEED AP
Alison started at H2M in 2006 and is a Senior Engineer in the Water Resources Department and a Senior Associate with the firm; she is also the designated Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Director for all public water supply treatment system projects prepared by H2M.
Alison is extremely dedicated to her craft and industry as a whole. She continuously strives to meet the needs of her clients, carefully engineering each product thoughtfully with consideration to sustainability and to improving the quality of drinking water. Currently, Alison is at the forefront of one of H2M’s biggest initiatives – designing Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) systems to solve the battle of emerging contaminants in drinking water.
Alison’s role as QA/QC Director has been instrumental in the standardization of procedures in the department and throughout H2M. Alison reviews each and every project to check for consistency, specifications, constructability, and most importantly – if the design works efficiently. This position requires a high level of concentration and a sharp eye for detail. Essentially, Alison is touching every single project that H2M’s water resources group is submitting; therefore, she has to really make sure she’s exemplifying and displaying H2M’s high standard of workmanship.
