H2M was selected to provide design services for the development an assisted living facility for the growing senior population on the South Shore of Long Island’s Suffolk County. The Bristal at Sayville is a 136-unit, 101,000 square foot assisted living facility. The building contains a 40-person dedicated dementia unit. This project included Change of Zone and Site Plan Permit approvals from the Town of Islip.
